Couples Therapy

I will work with you and your partner to help you listen to each other and communicate about things that you may have struggled to say.  We all want to feel safe, valued and loved in our relationships. Sometimes, when we feel we are missing one of these essential things, we get stuck in how to ask for what we need in ways that our partner can hear, accept, and understand.  Paying attention to your individual attachment styles and using emotionally focused therapy techniques,  I will help you articulate your needs and desires in a non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere to help you value your own experience and that of your partner and to create a supportive, satisfying and sustainable relationship.
